I began working in 1998 at Embassy Suites in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a breakfast chef, gaining knowledge about cooking. In 2015, I started preparing meals for events, exploring international dishes from Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Italy, China, and of course, Puerto Rican cuisine I add a distinctive flavor to traditional dishes, improving recipes. I received recognition as the winner of the best yuca in Central Florida. Rican Chicken has a professional team for all occasions and budgets
